Products & Materials
All of our products are 3D printed in PLA+ (High-Strength Polylactic Acid). PLA+ is an enhanced version of standard PLA with better layer adhesion, increased strength, and tighter print tolerances. It holds its shape and dimensions over time and produces clean, accurate finishes โ€” which matters when you're fitting 3ml vials into precise slots.
All of our products are designed specifically for 3ml vials โ€” the standard size used for peptides. If you use a different vial size, contact us at team@ampepsupply.com about a custom order and we'll design something to your exact specs.
The Magnetic Container uses a magnetic snap closure โ€” open and close with one hand, silent, smooth. Great for fridge storage or desktop use where you're opening it frequently. The Snap-Click Container uses a mechanical snap-click lid that clicks audibly when fully closed, giving you confirmation that it's sealed. Better for travel where you want to know it's locked shut.
The Reconstitution Tray holds both a 3ml vial and a syringe simultaneously during the mixing process. It keeps everything stable and upright so you have both hands free โ€” no more balancing a vial against the counter while trying to draw or inject. Makes the whole reconstitution process cleaner and safer.
Yes. PLA+ is stable in standard refrigerator temperatures (2โ€“8ยฐC) without warping or becoming brittle. All of our products are designed to be stored in the fridge with your vials inside them.
All products ship in matte black by default. We do carry other PLA+ colors depending on current filament stock โ€” including white, grey, and dark grey. If you'd like a specific color, email us at team@ampepsupply.com before placing your order and we'll let you know what's available.
Ordering
Every item we sell is printed in PLA+ after your order is placed โ€” we don't hold pre-made inventory. When you buy something, it goes into our print queue, gets printed fresh, passes our QC check, and ships. You always receive a brand new, freshly printed product made specifically for your order.
The minimum delivery time is 3โ€“5 business days from the time of purchase. This includes 1โ€“3 days of print and QC time plus 2โ€“4 days of carrier transit depending on your location. During high-volume periods, orders may take up to 7 business days. We'll notify you immediately if there's any delay, and you'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Because orders go to the printer quickly, contact us within 2 hours of placing your order if you need a change or cancellation. Email team@ampepsupply.com with your order number immediately. Once printing has started, we cannot cancel the order.
Currently we ship within the United States only. If you're outside the US, contact us โ€” we occasionally accommodate international orders on a case-by-case basis.
We ship via USPS Priority Mail and First Class as standard. Because products are made to order, expedited carrier shipping does not reduce print time โ€” the minimum order-to-delivery window is still 3โ€“5 business days. If you have a time-sensitive need, contact us before ordering and we'll do our best.
Custom Orders
Yes โ€” we do custom orders regularly. If you need a different vial size, different slot count, custom dimensions, or a completely new design, reach out through our contact form. We'll respond within 1โ€“2 business days with a quote and timeline. Most custom orders ship within 5โ€“7 business days of approval.
Yes. For orders of 10 or more units we offer bulk pricing discounts. For wholesale inquiries, email us at team@ampepsupply.com with your volume and timeline and we'll send you a quote.
Yes. We can emboss text, initials, or simple logos directly into the print. For logo work send us an SVG or high-res PNG through the contact form. Simple text can usually be added to any order at no extra charge.
Warranty & Support
We do not accept returns. All sales are final because every product is printed specifically for your order and cannot be restocked. However, every product is covered by a 60-day warranty against defects and manufacturing issues โ€” see below. If you have questions about a product before buying, email us at team@ampepsupply.com and we'll help you choose the right item.
Every product is covered by a 60-day warranty from the date of delivery. This covers print defects, closure failures, dimensional errors, and shipping damage. If your item has any of these issues, we'll reprint and reship it at no cost. Email team@ampepsupply.com within 60 days with your order number and a photo. See our full Warranty Policy for details.
Email us at team@ampepsupply.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement at no cost under our warranty policy.
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a USPS tracking number as soon as your order ships. You can also check order status in your account. If you checked out as a guest and can't find your confirmation email, contact us at team@ampepsupply.com with your name and order details.
