Shipping Policy
How It Works
Unlike traditional retail, we don't ship from a warehouse. Every product is printed in PLA+ after your order is placed. Here's how the timeline breaks down:
Your order enters our print queue immediately after purchase.
We print your items in PLA+. Print time varies by item and current queue volume. QC is performed same day as printing.
Your order is securely packaged and dropped off with USPS. You'll receive a tracking number by email.
Carrier transit time varies by location. Most US orders arrive 2โ4 business days after shipment.
Delivery Timeframe
All orders have a minimum delivery window of 3โ5 business days from the time of purchase. This accounts for both print time and carrier transit. During high-volume periods, orders may take up to 7 business days. We will always notify you if there is an unexpected delay.
We do not offer same-day or next-day shipping. Because every item is printed to order, production time cannot be eliminated from the timeline regardless of carrier speed.
Shipping Carriers & Methods
We ship via USPS Priority Mail and USPS First Class for most orders, selected based on package weight and size. Both services include tracking. For larger bulk orders, we may ship via UPS or FedEx at comparable cost.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We do not mark up shipping fees โ you pay what the carrier charges us.
Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping within the contiguous United States.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to all 50 US states including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently offer regular international shipping. If you are outside the US, contact us and we may be able to accommodate your order on a case-by-case basis.
Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is handed to the carrier. You can also view your order status in your account. If you checked out as a guest and cannot locate your confirmation email, contact us with your name and order details.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO
We ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO military addresses via USPS. Delivery times to military addresses may be longer than standard estimates.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking has not updated in more than 5 business days after shipment, please contact us at team@ampepsupply.com. We will help you investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement if the package is confirmed lost.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If you spot an error, email us immediately at team@ampepsupply.com with your order number. Once a package has shipped we cannot redirect it, and re-shipment costs for address errors may be the responsibility of the customer.
