Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the A&M Pep Supplies Co. website or placing an order. By accessing our website or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About Us

A&M Pep Supplies Co. ("we," "us," "our") designs, prints, and sells 3D-printed peptide storage and organization accessories made from PLA+. We are not a medical device manufacturer, pharmacy, or healthcare provider. Our products are storage and organization accessories only.

2. Product Disclaimer

Important: All products sold by A&M Pep Supplies Co. are storage and organization accessories only. They are not medical devices, pharmaceutical equipment, or laboratory instruments. They are not sterile, not FDA-regulated, and not intended for any medical, clinical, or pharmaceutical purpose. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge this and accept full responsibility for any use of our products.

3. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. Payment is due at the time of purchase. By placing an order, you confirm that your payment information is accurate and that you are authorized to use that payment method.

4. Made-to-Order Production

All products are manufactured in PLA+ after your order is placed. Minimum delivery time is 3–5 business days from purchase. We are not responsible for delays caused by carrier issues or circumstances outside our control, and will communicate promptly if significant delays occur.

5. No Returns — All Sales Final

Because every product is printed specifically for your order, all sales are final and we do not accept returns for any reason, including change of mind, ordering error, or color preference. Every product is covered by a 60-day warranty against defects — see Section 6.

6. Warranty

Every product is covered by a 60-day warranty from the date of delivery against defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty claims are resolved by replacement only. See our full Warranty Policy for details and exclusions.

7. Shipping

We ship within the United States. Minimum delivery window is 3–5 business days from purchase. Once handed to the carrier, we are not responsible for carrier delays, though we will assist you in resolving any carrier issues. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

8. Intellectual Property

All product designs, website content, and branding are the property of A&M Pep Supplies Co. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without express written permission. Purchasing a product does not transfer any intellectual property rights.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, A&M Pep Supplies Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by US law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of the state in which A&M Pep Supplies Co. operates.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued use of our site constitutes acceptance.
