A&M Pep Supplies Co. products are storage and organization accessories only. They are not medical devices, pharmaceutical equipment, or sterile instruments. They are not FDA-regulated and are not intended for any medical, clinical, or pharmaceutical purpose. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for how you use our products.
All products sold by A&M Pep Supplies Co. are physical organization accessories designed to hold and store 3ml vials and syringes. They serve the same purpose as a box, tray, or case — they organize your items. Nothing more.
Our products are not:
- Medical devices of any kind
- Sterile or pharmaceutical-grade equipment
- Regulated by the FDA or any other health authority
- Intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition
- A substitute for professional medical advice or equipment
We make no claims about the safety or efficacy of any substance stored in our products. You are solely responsible for what you store, how you handle it, and how you use it. If you have questions about the appropriate handling of any pharmaceutical or research compound, consult a licensed medical professional.
By placing an order you confirm that you are an adult (18+), that you understand the nature of these products, and that you accept all responsibility for their use.
Our products are containers and organizers only. Every order ships with the printed 3D items listed in the product description — nothing else. The following are never included with any order:
If a product says it "holds 4 × 3ml vials" — that means it is designed to hold that quantity. The vials themselves are not included. You supply the vials; we supply the storage.
If you are unsure about what is included in any product, contact us before ordering. All sales are final and we do not accept returns.
Our products are designed to keep your 3ml vials and syringes organized, protected, and accessible. Here's how to get the best results from each:
- Magnetic Container: Place vials upright in the slots and press the lid closed until the magnet engages. Store flat in the fridge. Do not force oversized vials — slots are sized for standard 3ml vials only.
- Snap-Click Containers: Load vials into slots, align the lid, and press down firmly until you hear and feel the click. That click confirms the lid is fully sealed. If you don't hear it, it is not fully closed.
- Reconstitution Tray: Place your vial in the vial slot and your syringe in the syringe channel. The tray holds both stable and upright while you draw or inject. Use on a flat, stable surface at all times.
- Single Vial Container: Slide your vial in and close the lid. Designed for single-vial carry in a pocket, bag, or kit. Not intended for long-term fridge storage of multiple vials.
Never use our products to store anything that requires a sterile, airtight, or temperature-controlled pharmaceutical container. Our products are PLA+ printed accessories — they are not hermetically sealed and are not intended to replace proper pharmaceutical packaging.
Our products are printed in PLA+ which is durable and fridge-safe, but has limits. Follow these guidelines to keep your products in good condition:
2°C to 40°C (35°F to 104°F). Safe for standard refrigerator use.
Do not leave in a hot car, direct sunlight, or near heat sources. PLA+ softens above 60°C (140°F).
Wipe with a damp cloth or isopropyl alcohol swab. Do not submerge in water or put in a dishwasher.
Do not use acetone, bleach, or strong solvents — these will damage the PLA+ material.
All products are fridge-safe. Store flat on a shelf. Avoid placing heavy items on top.
PLA+ is strong but not impact-proof. Dropping from height onto hard surfaces can crack the product. Drop damage is not covered under warranty.
If your product fails under normal use within 60 days of delivery, contact us at team@ampepsupply.com — it may be covered under our warranty.
- All sales are final. We do not accept returns for any reason. Every product is printed specifically for your order.
- All products fit 3ml vials only. If you use a different size, contact us before ordering for a custom option.
- Default color is matte black. If you want a different color, contact us before placing your order. We cannot change it after printing starts.
- Minimum delivery time is 3–5 business days. We are a made-to-order operation. Print time cannot be skipped.
- Custom colors and bulk orders must be arranged before purchase. Email team@ampepsupply.com first.
- 60-day warranty covers manufacturing defects and shipping damage only. Does not cover drops, heat damage, or misuse.
