Warranty Policy

The short version: Every product we sell is covered by a 60-day warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. We do not accept returns, but if something fails under normal use within 60 days, we'll replace it — no hassle.

What's Covered

All A&M Pep Supplies Co. products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for 60 days from the date of delivery. This covers:

  • Print defects — layer separation, structural failure, incomplete prints
  • Magnetic closure failure on the 4 Vial Magnetic Container
  • Snap-click mechanism failure on Snap-Click Containers
  • Dimensional defects — slots that don't fit 3ml vials as intended
  • Damage that occurs during shipping (must be reported within 7 days of delivery)
  • Any defect that makes the product unusable for its intended purpose

What's Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage from dropping, crushing, or physical impact after delivery
  • Damage caused by exposure to extreme heat (above 60°C / 140°F) or direct sunlight over extended periods
  • Normal wear and surface scuffing from regular use
  • Intentional modification or attempted repair of the product
  • Products purchased from unauthorized resellers
  • Change of mind or preference — we do not accept returns

No Returns Policy

Because every product is printed specifically for your order, we do not accept returns for any reason, including change of mind, ordering the wrong item, or color preference. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, contact us within 60 days of your delivery date:

Include the following in your message:

  • Your order number
  • The product name and the issue you're experiencing
  • One or more clear photos showing the defect
  • Your delivery date (or approximate date if you're unsure)

We will review your claim and respond within 1–2 business days. Approved claims will receive a replacement unit shipped at no charge to you.

Warranty Claim Resolution

Approved warranty claims are resolved by replacement only — we reprint and reship the defective item at no cost. Monetary refunds are not offered under the warranty except in cases where the product has been discontinued or cannot be reproduced.

Replacement units carry the remainder of the original 60-day warranty period from the original delivery date, or 30 days from receipt of the replacement — whichever is longer.

Shipping Damage

If your order arrives visibly damaged, photograph the packaging and the product before using it and contact us within 7 days of delivery at team@ampepsupply.com. Shipping damage claims filed after 7 days may not be accepted. Do not discard the original packaging — the carrier may request it for a damage claim.
