No Returns Policy
Why We Don't Accept Returns
Every item sold by A&M Pep Supplies Co. is printed from scratch after your order is placed — we hold no pre-made inventory. Because your product is manufactured specifically for you, it cannot be restocked or resold once printed. For this reason, all sales are final and we do not accept returns for any reason, including:
- Change of mind or preference
- Ordering the wrong item
- Color preference (our default color is matte black — if you want a custom color, contact us before ordering)
- Deciding you no longer need the item

What We Do Cover — 60-Day Warranty
While we don't accept returns, every product is backed by a 60-day warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If your item arrives with a print defect, a failed closure, a dimensional error, or is damaged in shipping, we will replace it. Shipping costs may fall apon the customer.

Shipping Damage
If your package arrives visibly damaged, photograph both the packaging and the product and contact us within 7 days of delivery. Shipping damage falls under our warranty and will be replaced at no charge.
